A Taste of Mali - Toukassou
Prepare a typical Malian dish - served at special occasions in Timbuktu - at home. Receive a parcel with non-perishable local ingredients, access to the recipes, and access to a video. In the video Mariam shows how to prepare the dish the traditional way, and Monique shares her tips for a vegetarian (gluten free) version.
